Ever hear people talk about tannins in wine or that new tennis ball smell and not sure what they mean? Wine tasting is intimidating and often feels exclusive, with words and ritual that just doesn’t always make much sense. Join us at Oeno for a special tasting and class as we help you develop your palate. In this special sensory perception class we will gather fruits, vegetables, soil types and wood to allow you to hold, touch, smell, and taste these common components used in describing wine. To help breakdown these different facets of wine tasting our entire Sommelier team Tyler McBride, Dara Wong and Keili Barry will be teaching and presenting different aspects of wine and helping you to connect with the different components. We will be featuring 6 specially chosen wines to taste along side these major tasting notes.
