Tim Duane first published on climate change in 1990, which he focused on as a professor of environmental law, policy, and planning from 1991-2022 at UC-Berkeley, UC-Santa Cruz, and the University of San Diego. He then moved to Flagstaff and realized one night at Oeno during a wine club tasting that the impact of climate change on winemaking would be a great research project.
